The Bruyères-et-Montbérault community hall offers a municipal space for private or community events. Located at Place du Parvis, it is suitable for a family celebration, reception, dance evening with or without a meal, conference, exhibition or artistic session. Organisers can use this dedicated venue to bring their guests together in the town, whether their event is festive, cultural or community-focused.

The hall can be hired for a day or for the weekend. It can be booked with its kitchen, bar and dishwasher, useful facilities for preparing and serving meals at a reception. Rates vary depending on the hire period and whether or not the hirer lives in the town. To request a booking, organisers can contact the town hall office, which handles requests and provides details of the applicable conditions.

Bookings are governed by municipal regulations. These include providing supporting documents, paying a deposit and providing security deposits for any potential damage and cleaning. Organisers must also provide proof of insurance. The hall offers a local option for residents, associations and other hirers looking for a practical space for an authorised event. When planning an event, it is advisable to check availability, current rates and hire terms directly with the town hall.
