Fredenbaumhallen

Burgweg 16-22, 44145 Dortmund, Germany

Fredenbaumhallen in Dortmund offer several flexible halls for hire for private celebrations and business events. Possible occasions include weddings, corporate celebrations, conferences, graduation celebrations, concerts, trade fairs and exhibitions. The Beyaz Saray rooms are designed for larger events and can be adapted to suit each event concept. Wedding celebrations can be held in halls with room for up to 500 people.
Event planners can complement the venue hire with additional services. Depending on the event, these include technical equipment and lighting, as well as support from service and security staff. For weddings, the venue also lists catering partners and options for bespoke styling. Photography and videography services are also available. This makes the venue suitable for both formal banquets and celebrations featuring a stage, music or a presentation programme.
For conferences, corporate events and trade fairs, organisers can enquire about using the rooms for different formats and guest numbers. The halls have flexible entrance areas that can, for example, serve as reception areas or access-control points. Monitored parking is available for guests at the venue. The team advises prospective clients on the rooms, available dates and suitable services. Viewings and personal consultations can be requested by appointment in advance. With a range of halls and service options, organisers can plan their event to meet their requirements rather than having to stick to a single fixed format.
