mein bahnhof offers event planners a historic venue in the centre of Rüdesheim am Rhein. The former railway station has been renovated in keeping with its listed status and combines the building's distinctive character with facilities for a wide range of occasions. Around 300 m² of indoor space and a terrace of approximately the same size are available. The rooms can be arranged flexibly and, depending on the seating layout and schedule, are suitable for events with around 60 to 400 guests. Tables and upholstered chairs are available for up to 240 people.

The venue is available for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, company parties, conferences, exhibitions, theatre performances and concerts. For events with a programme or stage element, there is an in-house stage as well as lighting, sound and video equipment. A catering kitchen and bars with refrigeration facilities support catering arrangements. Organisers are not tied to a particular caterer and can choose their own supplier. The team can help find a suitable partner on request.

The combination of a historic interior and a spacious terrace offers a range of options for receptions, celebrations and supporting programmes. Whether you are planning a formal meal, a business meeting or a cultural event, the room layout and technical facilities can be adapted to suit your needs. mein bahnhof is therefore a flexible event venue for private and business events in the Rheingau.
