Stadthalle Soest offers flexible spaces for events of different sizes. Event planners can host conferences, seminars, congresses, company anniversaries, trade fairs, markets and private celebrations here. Depending on the format and number of guests, up to nine rooms can be made available and arranged to suit the occasion. There is space for events with around 20 to 1,500 people in total.

The Große Saal is suitable for congresses and larger gatherings, as well as stage events. It features a stage with modern lighting and sound technology, along with professional presentation equipment. Adjacent foyer areas can be incorporated if required, for example as a reception or exhibition space. The Kleine Saal and smaller rooms such as the Kaiserzimmer and the Morgner-Raum complement the offering for seminars, meetings and smaller-scale celebrations.

Three light-filled foyers provide additional options for receptions, catering and exhibitions. Outdoor areas such as the Atrium-Innenhof, the Sonnenterrasse and the garden can also be included in event planning. For celebrations and events in a special historic setting, the Blauer Saal in Soest Town Hall is also available. It can be combined with the neighbouring Rathaus-Innenhof.

The Stadthalle team supports event planners with choosing and configuring rooms, as well as with planning and delivery. Its central location in Soest, proximity to the railway station and nearby parking make it easy to get there. On request, the Tourist Information can put together a programme of activities in the town for conference guests.
