The centrepiece is the 150-square-metre main hall. It is suitable for talks, presentations and workshops, and can be set up with different seating and table layouts. A stage, lectern, projector, screen, sound system and microphones are included. Smaller groups can use a meeting room for up to 30 people, a seminar room for up to 20 people and a compact conference room for around 8 to 10 people. Wi-Fi and additional presentation and facilitation equipment support work on site. Existing conference technology can also be used to run hybrid events.
The 100-square-metre foyer complements the rooms as a reception, buffet or exhibition area. It has space for get-togethers, coffee breaks and conversations between sessions. KAeins can arrange catering including buffets, finger food, snacks, coffee and cake. The focus is on seasonal and local ingredients, and organic catering is available on request. Drinks can be tailored to the requirements of the event.
The team supports event planners from the initial discussions and proposal through to preparations and support on the day. This makes KAeins suitable for business meetings and events where appropriate spaces, technical equipment and catering are all needed in one place.
