The 815 Project

The 815 Project is a flexible indoor and outdoor venue in downtown Plainfield, Illinois, available to hire for private gatherings and organiser-led events. The space suits occasions such as baby showers, family reunions, birthday celebrations, fitness classes and business meetings. Its indoor area can host up to 50 people, while combining the indoor space with the patio allows for gatherings of up to 75.

The venue is designed to give organisers room to shape their own event. There is no required catering contract, so guests can bring their own food and make use of the fridge and kitchen preparation area. Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests are included, along with table coverings, and set-up and pack-down are part of the rental arrangements. Two bathrooms are available in the adjacent hallway.

The outdoor area offers a patio with seating for around 20, shaded tent cover and gas fire pits. Other facilities include a gas grill, a putting green, Bluetooth speakers for indoor and outdoor use, and a large outdoor ice and drinks chest. TV and Wi-Fi are also listed among the included amenities, making the space suitable for both social occasions and smaller business gatherings.

Hire is offered as a full-day booking rather than by the hour. Rates vary by season and by the day of the week, so event planners can contact the venue directly to check availability and pricing for their preferred date. The combination of a self-catered indoor room and a relaxed patio gives organisers options for adapting the space to different group sizes and event styles.
