Cottonwood Glen Events

Cottonwood Glen is an outdoor event venue in Bennett, Colorado, offering several settings for weddings, corporate gatherings, fundraisers and private celebrations. Set among open plains, mature trees and natural meadowland, the property gives event planners a choice of spaces with different atmospheres and layouts.

The Glen is a shaded meadow for outdoor ceremonies, with a flagstone aisle and a framed backdrop. For receptions and other gatherings, the venue offers a barn-style pavilion, a pergola-covered patio with a dance floor and fireplace, and an events lawn that can accommodate a tent. A separate clubhouse and patio provide a more intimate option for smaller groups. Bridal and groom's preparation spaces are also available for wedding parties.

The venue welcomes a range of event formats, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate days, nonprofit fundraisers and private celebrations. Capacity depends on the space and layout, with larger areas suited to gatherings of around 200 to 250 guests and the clubhouse designed for smaller groups. On-site coordination is available to help organisers plan the occasion, and the venue can work with an event planner chosen by the client.

Food and beverage services are arranged through preferred partners, with catering and rental suppliers supporting the event setup. The outdoor spaces are particularly suited to late spring, summer and early autumn, while the venue also welcomes events at other times of year. Organisers can arrange a tour by appointment to discuss their plans, available spaces and event requirements.
