In Rouillon, on the outskirts of Le Mans, Domaine de Vaujoubert offers a versatile venue for private and business events in a leafy setting. The 415 m² main hall has a parquet floor and large windows overlooking the park, making it suitable for a range of events: meals, parties, weddings, meetings, seminars, performances, cultural events and exhibitions. It can accommodate up to 300 people for a meal or 400 people for a performance.
The facilities make it possible to host key moments and welcome guests in one place. The estate includes a 116 m² bar and reception area, a 66 m² indoor stage with two dressing rooms, a preparation room for caterers and a fully equipped professional kitchen. There is also an outdoor stage for open-air performances. Tables and chairs are available on site, and two car parks make it easy for guests to arrive. The two-hectare park provides a pleasant setting around the buildings.
The venue is available to hire through the municipality of Rouillon. Residents of the municipality can book it for a range of events, while businesses based outside Rouillon can hold corporate events there, including conferences and performances. An online pre-booking request lets organisers specify the date, number of attendees and type of event. To prepare a booking, organisers can contact the town hall secretariat for information, to visit the venue and to draw up the hire contract. The estate is therefore well suited to organisers looking for a large, well-equipped and flexible venue close to Le Mans.
