The Luxe Room

The Luxe Room is an event venue in Kannapolis, North Carolina, offering a flexible indoor space for private celebrations and business events. The venue welcomes a range of occasions, including wedding receptions, birthday parties, social gatherings and conferences. Its main hall can accommodate up to 200 guests, depending on the layout, while a loft area provides a separate setting for cocktails, buffet service or photo backdrops.

Venue hire includes tables and Chiavari chairs, giving organisers a useful starting point for arranging the room. The venue has an open-vendor policy, so planners can bring in their preferred suppliers, food and drinks, as well as their own decorations. Alcohol is permitted when the required North Carolina permit has been obtained. Organisers can also enquire about decoration and styling from the venue team, available for an additional cost.

The Luxe Room offers different booking arrangements according to the day and duration of the event. A deposit is required to reserve a date, and a security officer is listed as a mandatory extra. The venue encourages prospective clients to arrange a tour to view the space and discuss their plans. With its hall, loft and scope for outside suppliers, it provides a practical option for event planners seeking a private venue they can tailor to their guest list and chosen format.
