Salle du Séminaire

Rue Benoît XII, 09270 Mazères, France

Salle du Séminaire is a municipal venue available to hire in Mazères, in Ariège. It suits organisers looking for a venue for a meal, meeting, christening, birthday party or another small-scale reception. The room can accommodate between 100 and 150 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, which is useful for preparing a meal or organising its service.
The venue connects to salle Fébus and its kitchen, allowing for different layouts depending on the type of event and the number of guests. Hire requests are handled by the town council, which makes several municipal venues available. Associations based in Mazères have priority, followed by local residents and businesses, who can also submit a request subject to the allocation rules and availability. To make a booking, applicants should specify the dates, the purpose of the event, the expected number of guests and, if necessary, whether they need to use the kitchen.
This room can meet the needs of associations organising a gathering or meal, as well as individuals and local organisations who want to bring their guests together in a dedicated space. To plan the setup, it is helpful to communicate any requirements for tables, chairs and kitchen use in advance. The town council can provide applicants with information about the arrangements for using the venue and the applicable conditions. Salle du Séminaire therefore offers a practical local option for private or community events in Mazères.
