In Fresnes, centre Henri Thellier provides municipal spaces for meetings, community activities and private events. The facilities include a 130 m² multi-purpose hall, advertised as accommodating up to 100 people seated, as well as several meeting rooms of different capacities. These spaces can cater for a range of events, from an assembly or workshop to a meal, reception or family celebration.

The multi-purpose hall is suitable for celebrations such as birthdays and weddings, as well as dance evenings and meals. A kitchen, tables and chairs are listed among the available facilities. The meeting rooms are better suited to small groups, work meetings and community gatherings. Associations can contact the town council to reserve a space for a meeting, annual general meeting, rehearsal or one-off event.

Bookings are made through the single point of contact at Fresnes town hall, which can also provide information about access requirements and the terms of use. Some private hire is restricted to local residents, so it is worth checking the relevant criteria before planning your event. Located on rue Auguste Daix, the centre gives local organisers a municipal venue where they can bring guests together close to home, with spaces suited both to group gatherings and more intimate celebrations.
