Posse Grounds Pavilion

Posse Grounds Pavilion is an outdoor event venue in Sedona, Arizona, available to hire through the City of Sedona's Parks and Recreation department. Set within Posse Grounds Park, it offers organisers an open-air setting framed by the area's distinctive red rock scenery. The pavilion suits a range of public and private occasions, including performances, community celebrations, festivals and other gatherings.

The venue centres on a stage and a sloped lawn seating area, giving guests a clear view of performances while retaining the feel of an outdoor park event. Recent improvements include tiered seating and an upgraded sound system. The space has also hosted concerts, family events and community programmes, making it a practical option for organisers planning entertainment-led occasions as well as larger gatherings.

The wider park setting offers useful amenities and additional event spaces, and parking is available nearby. Organisers can enquire about hiring the pavilion and discuss the requirements for their event with the city's rentals team. Reservations for city facilities are accepted up to six months ahead, and the city provides guidance on rental requests and required liability insurance. Rates and any additional arrangements depend on the type and needs of the booking, so it is worth confirming details directly before finalising plans.

With its outdoor stage, lawn audience area and scenic Sedona backdrop, Posse Grounds Pavilion gives event planners a distinctive public-park venue for bringing people together under the Arizona sky.
