Richardson Ranch

Richardson Ranch is a private 10-acre retreat in Cottonwood, Arizona, where groups can stay together and enjoy time on a spacious ranch property. Organisers looking for a relaxed setting for a small gathering, milestone celebration or retreat can enquire about options connected to a stay at the ranch. Gatherings are intended for people staying at the property, so it is best suited to a group wanting accommodation and shared space in one place rather than a standalone event hire.

The full-ranch option combines the Main House and Guest House and accommodates up to 30 overnight guests. It includes two kitchens, several living and dining areas, Ranch Hall, wraparound porches and outdoor spaces. Guests can spend time on the lawns, play games, gather around a fire pit, or enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs. Smaller groups can enquire about booking one of the houses individually, although those stays do not include exclusive use of the entire property or all its shared facilities.

The ranch lends itself to informal meals beneath the trees, relaxed evenings outdoors and time together between local outings. Cottonwood, Sedona, Jerome, Page Springs wineries and nearby trails offer options for guests wanting to explore the Verde Valley during their stay. Organisers can contact Richardson Ranch to discuss group size, dates and what may be possible for an intimate gathering. Food for celebrations may be arranged through licensed providers, rather than being a core catering service supplied by the ranch.
