Top company!

With one permanent contact person who is easy to reach, this is a very nice company to accommodate the tickets. As an organizer you do not want to be busy with the peripheral matters for your event and with GoTickets this is certainly not the case. Many things are possible and they always think along with you. From a financial point of view, it is also an interesting party: you don't sell anything, you have no costs, a clear pricing that you as an organizer can take into account.
All in all, a nice and reliable party to work with.

Perfect service and easy to use

I use go-tickets for our beer festivals which we organize from PINT.
The system is very easy to set up and the costs are acceptable to me.
What really surprised me positively is the service and support. No question has been too crazy and especially when the event is moved due to the Corona virus and previously a canceled event, the service is great. There is an adequate response and they help with everything. Class!
In short, highly recommended!

Super Service

By mistake I had bought the wrong tickets for a multi-day event. Was still 54 euros. The association that organized it told me that nothing could be done about it. Just sell the tickets. Just an email to go-tickets and the story explained. And immediately received an email with the answer that the tickets were deactivated and the money refunded. That's what I call service, or SUPER COMPANY a 10+ from me.

Very satisfied

Go-Tickets provides a very goal-oriented approach, reacts quickly and works on a personal basis. As an organizer, I experience that as very pleasant. Simple, convenient and inexpensive

I used to work with aanmelder.nl, but after many bad experiences and doubts about the GDPR, I switched to go-tickets. Not only are my worries over, but I now have a lot more money left (?!). Moreover, a lot of communication goes via Linked-In. By creating an "article" there you immediately have a lot of reach, and a laborious internet page of aanmelder.nl is no longer necessary. All you need is a ticket office like go-tickets that manages the ticket sales. And that works well and is not expensive. I also appreciate their fast and customer-friendly communication and commitment.

GO-Tickets ..... one less worry and one service on top

I am so happy that someone pointed me to the existence of Go-Tickets two years ago.
I have been organizing a benefit festival Metal Up For A-T for the past two years to raise money for the Twanfoundation. This foundation collects money for research into the rare childhood disease A-T.
From day 1 that I came into contact with Go-Tickets, I have had nothing but good experiences.
In the first year I made a mistake creating the tickets ... which went on sale over a weekend.
Five minutes into the presale, I found out about that mistake but couldn't get it fixed as quickly.
I left the voicemail once and I was called back within half an hour ... I think it was even shorter. TOP
This year I found out that my mobile phone, which I wanted to use as a scanner, just like last year, was no longer compatible with their updated software. This was because of the security of their system I was told. Understandable ... because you expect that the data from me, but also from those who order a ticket from me, will be handled properly.
I got a cellphone on loan anyway ..... for free because this event was for a good cause.
I also want to mention that I have already been receiving a discount for two years on the surcharge that Go-Tickets charges per sold ticket.
They also think along for a good cause.
In short ... I only had nice people on the phone when I had questions and a top service that these people provide.
I really recommend every organizer of an event with tickets in advance to give Go-Tickets a try ..... then it is no longer Go-Tickets but Stay-Tickets ......

Cheap and fast!

Because we passed the costs of the ticket platform on to the guests, we wanted the costs for the ticket platform to be as low as possible. GO tickets offer a lower price than the major players in the market, so we chose them. We also wanted speed so that there would not be long queues during the event. I can tell you we haven't had any lines. It went really smoothly and very easily. You have to download 2 apps for it (android only unfortunately) and then you are '' good to GO ''. The downsides that there are are that the app is only for android and that you have to download 2 apps at all instead of 1. (the app also works without internet, which is good)

Flexibility in the DNA

For an annual, traditional event with approximately 3,000 visitors, we switched a few years ago to an online pre-sale of the entrance tickets. We have experienced the way in which GO tickets guided and assisted us in this as particularly pleasant. Our uneasiness was actually immediately converted into enthusiasm; that we hadn't done this before!
Last edition we expanded the card types and the guidance was also great! Understandable explanations and all our last minute changes were implemented immediately.

Simple, user-friendly and approachable

I discovered Go-Tickets when I was looking for a ticketing solution for a fairly small-scale free event (max 400 visitors). I found the system to be practical and easy to use and inexpensive. It was easy to track how many tickets had already been picked up, and by whom, and scanning with the (free) app was also fine. What I particularly liked is that the company is approachable for questions, and that you receive immediate answers to your questions by a real person, both by telephone and by email (and not just computer-generated answers or references to FAQ lists, such as you too. often). Recommended, as far as I'm concerned.

Great system at a good price

Creating and managing events is super easy. Also sufficient options to set everything as desired (in or excluding service costs, group tickets, numbers, etc.). The Android app for scanning also works great. Saves a hand scanner plus laptop. Too bad there is no iPhone variant.
Price is good (better than the larger systems) and you will always be helped quickly and friendly with questions. Have been using it for 4 years now (events for about 500 visitors) and many nice improvements have been made during that time. Can recommend to everyone!

Go-tickets: Excellent service at a competitive price

Due to the recent growth and professionalization of our event organization Springtij Events, we were looking for a service-oriented, affordable and cooperative partner that offers a total solution in ticket shop, payment, service, ticket scan software and technical back-up. We have more than found this partner in Go tickets. We hosted an event on Saturday September 30th with 200+ tickets sold, through our own customized ticket portal, offered by Go tickets. We are very satisfied from start to finish (from thinking along about the most convenient set-up, to competitive pricing, to extra payment moments, to perfectly functioning ticket scanning software, to aftercare). If we still have to mention a minus point, it is the fact that the ticket scanning software is not (yet) compatible with iOS devices, but they are working hard on that!
In any case, we will be working with Go tickets again at our next event!

Clear, uncluttered and easy to use

Last Saturday we used the go-ticket service for the first time. Ticket sales in advance went well and clearly displayed on the dashboard with links that could be easily copied to facebook and the wib site. On the day itself, the app with the scanner worked as it should. All in all, a great experience.

Good support, nice system

This year we used the Go-ticket service for the first year. The support was good and you could always contact the ladies of Go-tickets. During the event itself we scanned with mobile phones and that went very well. Conclusion: we are very satisfied and would like to do business again next year.

As a "layman" I searched after a reliable ticket agency. I came across GO tickets through an acquaintance. After the 1st phone call I had with them, I hung up with a homely warm feeling. Just cozy and with normal understandable words. And that is very handy for a 1 finger typing computer geek like me! What I personally found a bit less is the long manual for closing your event. This is probably also due to me, since if I read the instructions for e.g. read through a new device, the sweat is already on my forehead! Fast ticket check!

On 24-6 there was a music party in Hillegom with a great line-up The expectation was 4000 people, therefore, also went into sea with go tickets. Equally 25% of the tickets sold online, the rest at the presale addresses and almost sold out on the day itself.
Scanning with telephones is fine, clear menu.
Ideally, I would no longer want paper tickets at all.
Helpdesk (Ineke ????) helps directly with questions and the committee is very reasonable so Go-tickets I know where to find you next time.

TIcket sales completely online in 2 years

Like many events, our ticket sales were off-line with the help of many volunteers (a carnival party with about 1500 visitors a day). Safety and overview is an ever-increasing issue. Now that everything is completely online, the payment flow is also completely digital and we have a daily overview of ticket sales, can start much earlier with ticket sales and make adjustments per day where necessary. 2 years later our ticket sales have risen considerably and for the busiest days are already completely sold out well before the carnival. And last but not least, the money in the account.
