Bürgerhaus Züsch is a municipal event venue that provides rooms for private celebrations and gatherings organised by clubs and organisations. The large hall is suitable for weddings, christenings, communions, birthdays and other family occasions. Funeral gatherings are also possible. Event organisers can hire the large hall on its own or use the entire Bürgerhaus. A gallery on the upper floor is also available for smaller or additional spaces.

On the ground floor, a bar area, a kitchen with refrigeration facilities, a foyer with a cloakroom and toilets complement the event spaces. An accessible toilet is available. Outside, a paved courtyard with a bench running around its perimeter offers space for a break or to welcome guests. Parking is available in the upper part of the grounds.

The local council of Züsch rents out the rooms by prior arrangement and with a written usage agreement. There are different rental options for family celebrations, including booking the entire building, the large hall or the gallery, as well as a weekend package. It is also possible to reserve the venue the day before to set the tables. Clubs, churches and adult education organisations may be eligible for a discount under the specified conditions. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks must be purchased through the local council, while wines, sparkling wines and spirits are excluded. Bürgerhaus Züsch is therefore suited to event organisers looking for a functional community venue with several rooms and practical facilities in the Hunsrück.
