THE DOCK is a centrally located off-site venue in Bonn, offering event planners a versatile space for business events and productions. With around 121 m², it can accommodate workshops, team away-days, meetings, seminars and training sessions, as well as presentations, exhibitions and smaller talks. Depending on the seating and room layout, it can host up to 30 people. High ceilings and large windows create a spacious, bright environment.

The furnishings are designed to suit different ways of working: tables and chairs can be arranged to suit the occasion or moved aside when needed. Equipment for interactive formats includes flipcharts, pinboards, whiteboards and facilitation materials. For presentations, guests can use a large 4K display or a projector. A Meeting-Owl supports hybrid gatherings where remote participants need to be included. Additional equipment can be arranged by prior agreement.

Photo and video productions are also possible. The space offers different perspectives, white walls and backdrops in a range of colours. A separate Studiobox is available for audio recordings, for example voice recordings or podcasts. Catering can be added on request, with options such as snacks, fruit, breakfast, lunch or finger food. Individual preferences and intolerances can be taken into account.

The venue is on a quiet side street in the centre of Bonn, just a few minutes' walk from the main railway station. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are several car parks nearby. Vehicles can stop directly outside the venue for loading and unloading by prior arrangement. Multi-day events can also be booked. The team supports event planners with coordinating the occasion, room layout, technical equipment and catering.
