Willow Springs Lodge & Retreat Center

Willow Springs Lodge & Retreat Center offers a private setting for organisers planning weddings, group retreats, family reunions and other celebrations in the foothills of the Tahoe National Forest. The property brings accommodation and gathering spaces together, giving groups the option to spend more time on site and shape an event around a shared stay.

The lodge provides bedrooms, a large living area, a chef's kitchen and a communal dining space. Additional accommodation options include cabins, an annex, a yurt, a bunkhouse and a private group campground, allowing organisers to plan for different group sizes and preferred styles of stay. Facilities can be booked in combinations, with pricing available on request.

For activities and meals, the site has a yoga and workshop studio, an open-sided pavilion, an outdoor celebration terrace, a fire pit and an outdoor bar area. The gardens, sauna and spa add further options for time between sessions or festivities. The venue also offers a nature trail and garden experiences for groups who want to include outdoor exploration in their programme.

Weddings are a dedicated part of the offering, with space for a weekend celebration and accommodation for guests. The lodge also welcomes other special events, which need to be discussed in advance and may require a custom agreement, liability insurance and a security deposit. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss dates, facilities and the best arrangement for their group.
