In Coudray, Espace Gérard Philipe makes municipal rooms available to a range of organisers for private, community and business events. Several layouts make it possible to choose a space suited to the format and number of participants, from a more intimate meeting room to a group of rooms able to host a large reception.
Salle 1 offers 204 m², a stage and a hall-bar, with a stated capacity of 168 seated or 204 standing. Salle 1 bis can accommodate up to 64 people seated, while combining the two spaces provides 314 m² and room for up to 232 people seated. For smaller groups, salle 2 has a kitchenette, and salle 4 is set up for meetings. Salle 3 is not available for hire.
Depending on the room chosen, the facilities include a hall-bar, cloakrooms, toilets and a stage. A fully equipped professional kitchen can be booked to prepare or organise catering. Tables and chairs are included in the price, making it easier to prepare meals, receptions, group gatherings or corporate events.
Coudray town council manages requests for visits and provisional bookings. Organisers can check availability, prices and the regulations before confirming their booking. Renovation work is scheduled from 20 September to 31 December 2027, during which time no rooms will be available for hire.
