Here Spaces

Here Spaces helps event planners find and book meeting rooms and event spaces in London. Its offering covers a range of locations across the capital, with spaces suited to business meetings, workshops, training sessions, team away days and social events. The service can also help with venue searches for filming, photography, podcast recording, writers' rooms and other creative bookings.

Organisers can share their requirements, such as location, capacity and booking duration, and ask the team to identify suitable spaces. Options include rooms for smaller meetings as well as venues for general events, with availability and facilities varying by location. Many spaces offer practical meeting features such as Wi-Fi, screens, whiteboards, air conditioning and support staff, while specific equipment and amenities should be checked for the chosen venue.

Bookings are available for flexible durations, and longer bookings may qualify for different rates. Where catering is not provided at a venue, Here Spaces can help organisers explore external catering or nearby dining options. Venue viewings can also be arranged before a booking is confirmed.

For event planners considering the Leicester Square address, the central location offers a base for meetings and gatherings close to London's West End. Contact Here Spaces with the event format, preferred date, guest numbers and any technical or hospitality requirements to discuss suitable options and availability. The service works across multiple London neighbourhoods and can also search for spaces elsewhere in the UK when requested.
