Portland Meeting Space at PELA

Portland Meeting Space at PELA rents practical, professionally equipped rooms in central Portland for organisers planning meetings, training sessions, classes, presentations and workshops. The spaces can be booked for short sessions as well as full days, multiple days or longer-term use, making them suitable for one-off gatherings and regular programmes alike.

Rooms are arranged to support different ways of working, from classroom and theatre layouts to boardroom, U-shaped and collaborative setups. Organisers can discuss the room configuration that best suits their group and session. Projectors, sound systems, wireless internet and whiteboards are available to help presenters and participants work together. Several room sizes are offered, with published capacities varying by room and layout.

The venue also provides access to shared facilities including a waiting area, lobby, kitchenette, restrooms and front desk reception. Its downtown Portland location is served by public transport, with nearby parking options for attendees arriving by car. Rentals are offered seven days a week, with bookings available from early morning into the evening. Rates are based on the time booked, and discounts may be available for longer, multi-room or recurring rentals. There is no food and beverage minimum, so organisers can plan refreshments independently.

For event planners seeking a straightforward setting for a focused gathering, the rooms offer a convenient alternative to a large conference venue. The combination of adaptable layouts, included presentation equipment and flexible booking durations suits business meetings, educational sessions, community gatherings and small professional events. Organisers can contact the team to check availability, discuss requirements and arrange a tour before booking.
