Elaborate Events

Elaborate Events offers a modern, flexible hall for private celebrations and gatherings in Woodbury, New Jersey. Its 2,500-square-foot space can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated event, making it suited to intimate weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, quinceañeras, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and smaller business functions. The venue is also presented as a place for conferences, lectures and creative work sessions.

Organisers can choose an hourly booking, a longer rental or full-day access, with tables, Chiavari chairs and Wi-Fi included in the venue hire. The hall has a kitchenette and bar area, renovated bathrooms, a fridge and freezer, and on-site parking. Organisers may bring their own food or use a licensed, insured caterer. Food must be prepared before arrival, as cooking on site is not permitted. Alcohol service has specific requirements, including a licensed bartender for liquor.

For a more styled occasion, the team offers decor for events at the hall and at other local venues. Options include balloon garlands, arches, shimmer walls, marquee numbers, centrepieces, backdrops and table styling. Wedding support is also available, with packages ranging from day-of coordination to fuller planning. A site tour can help organisers view the space and discuss how it could work for their plans. The combination of a bookable hall and optional styling and planning support gives event planners flexibility to arrange the services they need for their celebration.
