De Deel is a characterful room featuring visible elements of the former farm. Organisers can gather there for a meeting, training session or celebration. Facilities include sound equipment, a wireless microphone, a projector, a projection screen, flip charts and Wi-Fi. Theehuis is also available to hire at certain times for smaller groups. When the weather is fine, the hooiberg, terrace and outdoor areas around the farmyard can also be used. For larger gatherings, it is possible to combine rooms.

When you make a reservation, Hoeve Groot Zandbrink can provide coffee, tea, water, cake and lunch. For dinners, buffets, barbecues and other substantial meals, the venue works with caterers. A gathering can also be supplemented with a walk or a guided tour, if desired. This allows organisers to tailor a business programme, family gathering or celebration to the group and the occasion.

The farmhouse is set amid agricultural countryside, beside walking and cycling routes. This gives the venue a rural backdrop for a day away from the usual meeting environment. Reservations and requirements for using the rooms are arranged directly with the venue.
