Agora Palace Event Center

Agora Palace Event Center offers event organisers a distinctive venue in downtown Lewiston, Maine, within a former Gothic-style church. Its historic architecture, tall vaulted ceilings, columns and stained-glass windows create a striking setting for weddings, receptions and other special occasions.

The venue brings several event spaces together under one roof. Couples can hold a ceremony in the on-site chapel, then welcome guests into the Grand Reception Hall for dinner and celebrations. A balcony lounge provides an additional space for guests to gather, while the Royal Tower Suite offers a private place for the wedding couple to prepare or stay. The adjacent Inn at the Agora provides nearby accommodation for visitors.

Beyond weddings, the venue can suit meetings, community gatherings, celebrations and other organised events. Its event offering includes tables, chairs and a dance floor, along with audio-visual equipment and adjustable lighting. Organisers can also enquire about bar service and event coordination, with arrangements tailored to the occasion. On-site parking is available.

With its combination of flexible event facilities and preserved church architecture, Agora Palace gives planners a memorable indoor setting for both formal and social occasions. The venue's different spaces allow organisers to shape the day around a ceremony, reception, meeting or gathering, while keeping guests together in one distinctive location.
