eMbers Venue

eMbers Venue is a characterful downtown Rensselaer space for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Set in a former warehouse dating from 1902, the venue combines exposed brick, an original tin ceiling and hardwood floors with a flexible, open layout. It offers more than 3,000 square feet of event space, with capacity for up to 200 seated guests or 300 for general admission events.

Wedding receptions are a particular focus, and the venue also welcomes birthday and graduation parties, reunions, holiday gatherings, fundraisers and public events. Organisers can arrange a ceremony alongside a reception, and wedding parties can make use of private bridal or green rooms. The venue also lists a second-floor landing and rooftop deck for wedding party use.

Hire includes tables and chairs, event consultations, layout planning, an on-site coordinator and staff, set-up, tear-down and clean-up. An integrated sound system is available for background music. Additional options include LED up-lighting, round tables, a backdrop and audiovisual equipment such as a wireless microphone, projector and screen. Bar service is available, and the venue provides a selection of caterers for event food.

With flexible hire periods, event planning assistance and free parking nearby, eMbers gives organisers a distinctive historic setting while providing practical support for the day. The adjoining Station bistro and craft bar is a separate public dining operation, while the venue is the bookable space for organised events.
