WaterColor LakeHouse

WaterColor LakeHouse is an event venue in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, overlooking Western Lake. Its 3,700 square feet of indoor space can host a range of gatherings, from business meetings and receptions to wedding celebrations and private events. Cedar-lined walls, generous windows and views across the water give the room a distinctive coastal setting, while the fully equipped catering kitchen supports event dining.

The LakeHouse is part of WaterColor Inn & Resort, whose wider collection of event spaces includes outdoor parks and additional lakeside venues. This gives organisers options for different formats and guest numbers, with the LakeHouse itself accommodating up to 300 people depending on the layout. Published capacities vary by setup, including theatre-style presentations, classroom seating, banquets and cocktail receptions.

The resort welcomes wedding and corporate enquiries, and its event planning and catering teams can help organisers shape their plans. Nearby outdoor spaces can provide room for ceremonies, receptions and larger gatherings, while the resort setting offers a scenic backdrop for meetings and celebrations alike. The LakeHouse is particularly suited to planners looking for an indoor venue with a waterside outlook and event facilities in one location.

Organisers can contact the WaterColor Inn & Resort sales team to discuss availability, event requirements and suitable spaces. The venue is located on Watercolor Boulevard West in Santa Rosa Beach, within the WaterColor resort community.
