Tagungshaus MIKADO is a nature-surrounded event venue in the Wildeshauser Geest, nestled in a birch and pine forest. It is suitable for seminars, conferences, workshops, residential retreats, choir rehearsals, family gatherings and dance events. Groups can use the rooms for day events or multi-day gatherings with overnight accommodation. Thanks to its location away from larger towns, the venue can often be booked exclusively for one group.
A seminar room of around 70 square metres is available for meetings. Combined with the dining area, the space can be expanded to around 120 square metres. An additional room of around 20 square metres provides space for smaller working groups. Depending on the event format, tables, chairs, cushions and mats are available. A projector, sound system, Wi-Fi and facilitation materials support presentations and collaborative work. Technical support for hybrid events is also available.
The venue has 13 rooms, which can be used as single, double or triple rooms. In total, they can accommodate around 10 to 35 guests. Two accessible rooms have their own bathrooms. Catering is provided by a certified organic vegetarian kitchen. Meals are available throughout the day, and special dietary requirements can also be accommodated by arrangement. Day seminars are also possible without overnight accommodation.
The outdoor area, with a garden, volleyball court and boules court, adds to what the venue offers. Woodland paths, the Delme river and other places to enjoy nature are nearby. MIKADO therefore offers event groups a peaceful setting where shared learning, discussion and relaxation can go hand in hand.
