Five halls with different floor areas and facilities are available for exhibitions. Ground-level halls, durable floors, vehicle access and goods lifts support set-up and dismantling, as well as on-site logistics. Foyers provide space for reception, wayfinding, cloakrooms and additional exhibitor areas. The conference centre complements the halls with plenary areas and flexible seminar and meeting rooms, which are suitable for parallel workshops and specialist forums.
Corporate celebrations, Christmas parties and product presentations are also part of the offer. Depending on the event format, organisers can plan for technical equipment and support from the on-site team. This includes, among other things, sound systems, projection and streaming technology. In-house catering ranges from refreshments for breaks to menus for festive occasions. The Forum can also help with organisational matters, hotel bookings and shuttle services on request.
The venue is close to the A2 motorway and is set up to accommodate large groups of visitors arriving by car. Parking is available on site. With its combinable halls, conference rooms and additional services, A2 Forum is suitable for event planners who want to bring several parts of their event together in one place.
