Salle de la Cordée

35 Rue d'Hespel, 59116 Houplines, France

La salle de la Cordée is a municipal facility on rue d'Hespel, in Houplines. The municipality makes it available for certain activities and gatherings, and offers an application process for hiring its municipal rooms. It may suit organisers looking for a space for a meeting or drinks reception, particularly for an association or local event.
Its use is governed by rules set by the municipality. The hire documents distinguish La salle de la Cordée from the salle des fêtes and specify that La Cordée is available during the day. The time slots, access conditions and booking arrangements should therefore be confirmed directly with the municipal services before planning the event. The room is not presented as a reception venue with services included, so organisers will need to check for themselves what is practically possible, what equipment is available and whether there are any constraints specific to their project.
To make an application, you can consult the municipal hire documents and then send the completed form to the town hall or drop it off at reception. This process allows associations and residents to enquire about the venue's availability and the applicable conditions. For a local event in Houplines, La salle de la Cordée is therefore a municipal option worth considering, subject to the municipality's approval and the permitted hours.
