In Guipel, the salle Joséphine Pencalet, formerly known as salle des Loisirs, is a municipal venue available to hire for private, community and business events. Located on rue du Stade, it is a place to hold receptions and gatherings in a local community setting, close to other sports and leisure facilities.
The hall can host a range of occasions, such as a family party, a meal, a drinks reception, a tea dance, a bingo evening, a show or a theatre performance. Businesses and institutions can also apply to use the venue. Conditions and prices vary according to the type of booking, its duration and the organiser's profile. Rates are available for one day or two consecutive days, as well as for certain activities and receptions. The municipality also offers an option limited to use of the kitchen, hall and toilets, subject to availability.
Bookings are made through Guipel town hall, which provides the hire agreements and practical information. Organisers can check the schedules published by the municipality to see what activities are planned in the hall. This municipal management means they can ask directly about availability, access conditions, current prices and arrangements for collecting the keys. The salle Joséphine Pencalet is therefore a local option for bringing together guests, association members or event participants in the town.
