The Winter Gardens

The Winter Gardens is a historic seafront venue in Weston-super-Mare, offering event organisers a distinctive setting for corporate functions, weddings and private celebrations. Its grand ballroom brings period character together with contemporary facilities, while additional spaces give planners flexibility for gatherings of different sizes and styles. The venue says it can accommodate events for up to 800 delegates, from smaller business meetings to larger networking occasions.

For corporate planners, the venue is suitable for conferences, awards, product launches, exhibitions, meetings and team-building events. Facilities include a large screen, a stage with microphone options, colour-changing lighting and Wi-Fi coverage. Catering packages are available, and the venue's team can help organisers plan their use of the space and work through practical details. Its town-centre position on the seafront also gives guests access to nearby public transport and parking options.

The Winter Gardens also has a dedicated wedding offering. The ballroom is licensed for civil ceremonies, and couples can hold their ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening party at the same location. The wedding team can assist with planning, venue visits and menu choices, helping couples shape a celebration that suits their guest list and preferences.

With its coastal setting, historic architecture and adaptable function spaces, The Winter Gardens can suit both formal occasions and lively celebrations. Event planners can contact the team to discuss availability, pricing, room options and the facilities required for their event.
