Vale Arena

Vale Arena is a family-run venue on Penarth Road, just outside Cardiff, offering several spaces for organisers planning live music, private celebrations, sporting events and large-scale entertainment. Its warehouse-style setting can be hired for events ranging from intimate gatherings to productions with much larger audiences.

The venue has three distinct event areas. The large area is suited to major occasions such as boxing and celebrity appearances, while the smaller space offers a more intimate setting that organisers can dress for themed events. The courtyard provides an open-air option for summer parties and music events. Published capacities vary by space, with the large area listed for 400 to 2,000 guests, the courtyard for up to 500 and the smaller area for 100 to 1,000.

The site also includes bars and a cafe area, as well as an indoor 3G football and rugby pitch available for hire. Organisers can consider the arena for music performances, boxing, celebrity events, sports activities and private functions, choosing a space to suit their format and expected attendance. The venue lists an on-site car park, taxi provision and public transport links, with Cardiff city centre a short journey away.

Event enquiries are handled by the venue's booking and management contact. Organisers can discuss the occasion, preferred space and requirements directly with the team to establish which part of the venue is appropriate for their plans.
