Backstage

Backstage is a hireable event venue in downtown Green Bay, set beside the historic Meyer Theatre. Its renovated interior pairs exposed brick and contemporary styling, offering a distinctive setting for couples, businesses and other organisers planning a gathering. The room can be arranged for different occasions, including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, family events, business seminars and corporate meetings.

The venue can host up to 200 guests, depending on the chosen layout. Organisers can work with the on-site catering team and chef to plan food for their event, with menu customisation available. An experienced event team helps with the arrangements and details, giving organisers a point of contact as they shape the occasion. The room includes a full kitchen and built-in bar, along with a small stage, coloured lighting and a TV mirror. Audiovisual equipment is also available, making the space suitable for presentations as well as social celebrations.

Backstage offers a more intimate alternative to the Meyer Theatre's larger auditorium, while the neighbouring theatre can provide another setting for occasions that need a stage and greater seating capacity. The venue's flexible arrangements make it relevant for both private celebrations and professional functions. Event planners can enquire about their proposed occasion, guest numbers, catering requirements and preferred set-up through the venue's booking form.
