At the heart of a Norman clos-masure estate spanning more than six hectares, La Grange du Mesnil Varin hosts weddings, birthdays, receptions and seminars in a characterful former barn. Its brick and stone walls, exposed timber frame and spacious interior provide a welcoming setting for bringing together family, friends, colleagues or business partners.
The reception room, measuring around 220 m², can accommodate up to 170 people seated while still leaving space for dancing. Tables and chairs are available on site, along with a practical kitchen designed to make things easier for the caterer chosen by the organisers. Guests can also enjoy a south-facing terrace, a tree-filled garden and a covered space for cocktails. The car park has room for around 100 cars.
The estate makes it possible to spread the different parts of a day or weekend between the reception room, the outdoor areas and the cocktail space. For weddings, the natural setting is also well suited to outdoor ceremonies. Options such as cleaning, draping and chair covers can be added to the hire.
Two houses near the barn each offer sleeping accommodation for up to 14 people. Organisers can therefore book the venue alone, combine it with one or two accommodation options, or request accommodation only, depending on the season. Located in Saint-Paër, around 25 kilometres north-west of Rouen, the estate offers a reception venue with indoor and outdoor spaces and accommodation all on one site.
