Sun Valley Ohio

Sun Valley Ohio is a private venue in Chagrin Falls for weddings, receptions and other celebrations. Set across 25 acres, the property offers a peaceful, leafy setting while providing indoor facilities for guests to gather, dine and dance. Organisers can plan an outdoor ceremony among the grounds and ponds, then move into the reception space, or make use of the venue's indoor and outdoor areas throughout the day.

The venue is designed to host one event at a time, giving each booking exclusive use of the property. Its flexible layout can accommodate both smaller gatherings and larger weddings, with seating for more than 300 guests in suitable arrangements. A covered terrace, patio, lounge seating and several ceremony locations give organisers options for different parts of the occasion, as well as space for guests to mingle and take photographs.

Venue hire includes a facility manager, tables and banquet chairs, house linens, china, glassware and cutlery, guest Wi-Fi, built-in bars and use of the private grounds. A dedicated bridal suite is also available. Sun Valley provides bar packages and bartenders, while food is arranged through its preferred catering partners. Organisers can enquire about outside catering, additional rental items and other event requirements when requesting a quotation.

Although weddings are a central focus, the venue also welcomes milestone celebrations, engagement events, corporate gatherings and private parties. Tours are available by appointment, allowing planners to view the rooms and grounds and discuss arrangements for their event.
