The International Conference Center (ICC) in Brunssum rents out spaces for business meetings and social events within the JFC Brunssum community. Organizers can use the venue for conferences, meetings, presentations, and workshops, as well as receptions, dinners, gala evenings, birthdays, and wedding celebrations. Please note: the location is not freely accessible to the general public. Reservations are restricted to individuals with an active NATO or U.S. identity card and persons with travel orders for JFC Brunssum, NATO Air Base Geilenkirchen, or USAG-Benelux Brunssum. Furthermore, an approved event permit is required in advance for events.

The offering consists of various spaces, including the Main Stage Area, the Oranje Nassau Suite, a dining hall, bars, and smaller conference rooms. Depending on the chosen room and layout, there is space for both smaller meeting groups and larger gatherings. The largest room features a stage and dance floor. The conference rooms are equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi, among other amenities. The rooms can be arranged in, for example, a theater, conference, banquet, or reception setup.

Organizers can handle setup and cleanup themselves or, depending on availability and agreements, hire staff for setup, dismantling, cleaning, and more. Additional facilities are also available, such as a kitchen, audio system, and table linens. This makes the spaces suitable for a wide range of programs, from a briefing or training to a festive gathering. When submitting a request, please take into account the access conditions, the permit, and the availability of any support from ICC staff.
