The Laboratory

The Laboratory is an esports and gaming venue in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, offering a place for organisers to host gaming-focused gatherings. Its regular programme includes video game tournaments, from weekly competitions to larger events, bringing players and local gaming communities together. The space is also available for private hire, including birthday parties and other group celebrations.

Party organisers can choose an open-play format, with guests moving between gaming stations and selecting from the venue’s game library. For groups looking for a more structured activity, the team can run a mock tournament, arranging matches for party guests. Tournament sessions can be recorded or live streamed, with commentary, interviews and match reactions included. This gives friends and family who cannot attend in person a way to follow the action.

The venue also has recording equipment that can be used for podcasts, YouTube videos and live streams. Its focus is gaming, so it is suited to organisers planning esports gatherings, community meet-ups and celebrations where video games are part of the main attraction. Party bookings have set time slots, with other times available by request. Food and cake are not included in the listed party options, so organisers should plan those separately. Whether you are arranging an informal gaming session or a friendly competition, The Laboratory provides the gaming space and event format for a group to play together.
