Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds

Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds offers a varied collection of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning events in Corvallis, Oregon. The 29-acre site includes enclosed halls, an auditorium, meeting space, arenas, a courtyard, lawns and an oak grove, giving planners options for occasions with different layouts and space requirements.

The Auditorium and Guerber Hall can host gatherings such as banquets, meetings, celebrations and community functions. For larger or more specialised events, the fairgrounds also has the Solar Building, Benton Arena and an outdoor arena. The Floral Courtyard, Oak Grove, lawns and parking areas provide open-air settings for receptions, activities, displays and events that need room to spread out. Organisers can enquire about individual facilities and rental arrangements through the event centre office.

The venue is suited to a broad range of uses, including private parties, public gatherings, exhibitions, fairs, agricultural and equestrian events, tournaments and other community occasions. Its different spaces make it possible to choose a setting according to the event format, from a more intimate indoor gathering to an outdoor programme or a large-scale fairground event. The site is near downtown Corvallis and Oregon State University, with convenient access and extensive parking.

Alongside rentals, the county-operated grounds host community events and the annual Benton County Fair & Rodeo. The site also operates Benton Oaks RV Park, which may be useful for visitors attending events. Event organisers can contact the office to discuss the facilities, availability, equipment requests and rental requirements for their plans.
