LUME Studios

LUME Studios is an event venue and creative production space at 393 Broadway, between SoHo and Tribeca in Lower Manhattan. Its six bookable spaces span five floors and a basement, with options ranging from an immersive main-floor studio to cast-iron lofts, a penthouse gallery and a screen-lined lounge. Organisers can hire one room, combine several floors or enquire about taking over the whole building.

The main studio features floor-to-ceiling 360-degree projection and spatial audio, giving event teams a setting they can tailor with imagery and sound. Other spaces suit different formats: the lofts can host meetings, workshops, presentations, dinners, wellness events and receptions, while the basement lounge is designed for gatherings and after-parties. Capacities vary by room, with the main studio accommodating up to 200 standing guests and larger combinations available across connected spaces.

The venue is offered for brand activations, product launches, corporate events, offsites, private dining, fashion shows, pop-ups, press events, birthdays and music-related gatherings. A commercial kitchen supports dining events, and organisers may bring their own caterer or discuss catering options with the team. Bar service is also available.

LUME can provide more than the rooms themselves. Its in-house team offers event production, creative direction, projection design, audiovisual and lighting support, staffing and content capture. The venue is near Canal Street, with lift access between floors and street-level loading. Event requirements and production needs are used to prepare a tailored quote, so planners can discuss the format, guest numbers and spaces that best suit their booking.
