The Schützen- und Bürgerhaus (shooting and community center) in Hövelhof rents out versatile rooms for private celebrations and events for companies, clubs, and other organizers. With five bookable areas, the perfect setting can be found for smaller gatherings as well as large events. Hall 1 offers 260 square meters and seating for up to 140 people. Hall 2 covers 585 square meters and is designed for up to 450 guests. Hall 3 offers 395 square meters for up to 250 people. When Halls 2 and 3 are used together, 980 square meters are available, with space for up to 1,000 guests. For smaller events, the 235-square-meter bistro with seating for up to 160 people is an option.

Depending on the seating arrangement and event format, the rooms are suitable for celebrations, club events, meetings, and business functions. A permanent stage is located in Hall 2. The halls and bistro are equipped with permanently installed sound systems, dimmable lighting, and wireless microphones. Projectors and additional stage equipment can be provided upon request or for an extra charge. Ventilation systems in Halls 2 and 3, as well as air conditioning in Hall 1 and the bistro, ensure comfortable room temperatures.

The venue offers ample parking, accessible restrooms, and a baby changing room. Seating and layout are tailored to the event concept. Organizers should be aware that they are responsible for setting up and dismantling the furniture themselves after the event. The community center thus provides flexible room sizes and basic technical equipment, while the planning and design of the event remain the responsibility of the individual renter.
