High Desert Station

High Desert Station is a versatile event venue in southwest Idaho, serving organisers across the Treasure Valley and the wider Boise area. The venue combines scenic high-desert surroundings with a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, concerts, family gatherings and trade shows.

The main Saloon provides approximately 15,000 square feet of flexible space and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. It is suited to wedding receptions, large parties, banquets and live events. The indoor arena offers capacity for as many as 3,000 people, making it suitable for major gatherings, concerts, trade shows and equestrian events. Smaller occasions can be hosted in the Ranch House, an intimate setting for parties, showers and weddings with room for up to 100 guests. A larger barn space is also planned, with an advertised capacity of up to 300 people.

High Desert Station supports more than venue hire. Its team offers event planning and coordination, helping organisers shape the format, manage practical details and coordinate suppliers. Catering is available through a local farm-to-table partner, with personalised menus, barbecue options and arrangements for different dietary needs. A mobile bar service and bartending support can also be added to an event package.

The venue’s equestrian facilities include indoor and outdoor arenas, areas for roping, rodeos, shows and barrel racing, plus RV and trailer parking. This makes the site a distinctive option for horse-related events as well as conventional celebrations. With several venue formats and supporting services in one location, High Desert Station can accommodate both intimate occasions and large-scale events.
