Trellis 925

Trellis 925 is a modern luxury loft venue in Orlando, Florida, offering a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. The 6,000-square-foot space combines industrial-modern architecture with warm chandelier lighting, stylish furnishings and a flexible layout that can be adapted to suit different event formats and guest numbers.

The venue can accommodate up to 150 seated guests, between 175 and 200 guests depending on the chosen configuration, or as many as 250 standing guests. Organisers can use the space for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, engagement parties, celebrations of life, company celebrations, leadership sessions, networking evenings, product launches and holiday parties.

Every booking includes up to twelve hours of access, allowing time for set-up, the event itself and breakdown. Facilities include an indoor ceremony area, reception space, two VIP suites, tables and chairs, designer lounge furniture, an in-house décor collection, complimentary on-site parking and support from a venue attendant. Corporate organisers can select boardroom, theatre, cabaret or cocktail layouts, while the space can be reset between sessions when required.

Trellis 925 offers an à la carte approach, allowing organisers to choose the services that suit their plans rather than being tied to a fixed package. Optional additions include catering, bar service, floral design, photography, planning and coordination, DJs, live entertainment, officiants, cakes, coffee service, photo booths, uplighting and other event enhancements. Organisers may bring their own suppliers or ask the venue team to coordinate the wider event. Tours are available by appointment, with proposals prepared around the event date, guest count and selected requirements.
