The Ranch Events Complex

The Ranch Events Complex is a large, multi-venue event campus in Loveland, Colorado, serving organisers of conferences, trade shows, banquets, weddings, concerts, festivals, community gatherings and specialist events. Its range of indoor and outdoor spaces allows planners to select a setting that matches the size, format and atmosphere of their occasion.

The Pedersen Toyota Center provides two expansive exhibition halls of 18,000 square feet each, with flexible layouts for expos, conventions, sporting events, banquets and corporate functions. The adjoining Larimer County Conference Center offers adaptable meeting rooms with presentation technology, sound and Wi-Fi, suitable for smaller meetings, training sessions, seminars and breakout activities. The Thomas M. McKee 4-H, Youth & Community Building adds a 12,500-square-foot hall and six furnished meeting rooms for community events, workshops, youth programmes and smaller exhibitions.

For major public events and entertainment, Blue Arena is a 6,800-seat multi-purpose venue suited to concerts, shows, sporting events and large gatherings. The campus also includes equine and livestock facilities with indoor and outdoor arenas, covered pavilions, vendor areas, stalls and spectator seating.

Outdoor organisers can use the 21-acre Event Lawn for festivals, concerts, car shows, food truck rallies, markets, sporting events and corporate celebrations, with capacity for up to 45,000 attendees. Supporting facilities include extensive parking, event operations assistance, power and water infrastructure, shuttles, controlled access and on-site food and beverage services through OVG Hospitality. The Ranch team works with organisers on layouts, logistics, catering, guest services and practical event requirements across the campus.
