Cedar Creek Resort & RV Park provides a peaceful setting for conferences, corporate retreats, ministry gatherings, meetings and larger group events near Columbia, Missouri. Set across 167 acres with woodland, open space and a private lake, the resort gives organisers a quieter alternative to conventional city conference facilities while remaining close to Columbia and Interstate 70.

The property offers several spaces for different types of gatherings. Its 5,000-square-foot Conference Center includes two meeting rooms, a spacious entrance area for breakout activities, audio-visual equipment and flexible table and chair layouts. Organisers can bring their own food, use the commercial kitchen or arrange catering from a preferred restaurant. A large outdoor deck overlooking a goldfish pond provides an attractive area for breaks and informal conversations.

The newer 6,000-square-foot Event Center is designed for larger meetings and conferences. It includes a stage, projector, relaxed lounge seating and traditional table-and-chair arrangements, along with a deck overlooking Newman Lake. Cedar Creek Lodge offers a further 3,200 square feet for ministry events, reunions and group stays, with a commercial kitchen, indoor grill, billiards table, sleeping areas and extensive lakeside decking.

Overnight accommodation is available in cabins, an A-frame, a cottage, RV sites and tent pitches, making the resort suitable for multi-day programmes and residential retreats. Guests can also enjoy walking trails, fishing, kayaking and other outdoor amenities during breaks or free time. The venue does not host weddings or wedding receptions, focusing instead on conferences, meetings, retreats and group events.
