Pear Tree Estate is a modern countryside event venue serving organisers in Champaign and the wider central Illinois region. The venue is particularly well suited to weddings, with an on-site chapel that allows ceremonies, drinks receptions and dinner celebrations to take place in one location. Couples can also make use of guest suites, a patio, flexible dining spaces and venue styling options. The Anjou and Bartlett rooms can be used separately or combined, giving organisers flexibility for intimate gatherings, larger receptions and different stages of an event. Together, the rooms can accommodate up to 400 guests for a reception-style setup.

Pear Tree Estate also welcomes corporate organisers planning meetings, retreats, fundraising events, presentations and multi-day conferences. The rooms offer configurable layouts, high-speed internet, projection facilities, televisions and a soundproof movable wall, allowing planners to adapt the space throughout the day. Outdoor areas provide additional room for breaks, lunches, drinks receptions and informal networking.
