Rosewood Commons Conference Center is a flexible meeting and event venue in Pleasanton, California, serving businesses, professional organisations and private groups across the Bay Area’s Tri-Valley. The venue combines a recently renovated conference centre with additional meeting rooms, café facilities, outdoor areas and recreational spaces, creating options for both formal business gatherings and more relaxed corporate occasions.

The main conference centre includes a 150-seat auditorium, a larger Tassajara Room for up to 225 guests, and the Diablo Room for training sessions, workshops and smaller presentations. Rooms can be arranged in theatre, classroom, boardroom, U-shaped or cabaret-style formats, depending on the event brief. The auditorium and Tassajara Room can also be combined for larger presentations or group programmes.

For smaller meetings, the Magnolia Room accommodates up to 84 people, while the Camellia Boardroom provides an intimate setting for up to 16 participants. Organisers can also hire the lobby for networking, welcome drinks or a pre-meeting reception, or book the entire conference centre for exclusive use.
