Broadsword Event House

Founded in 2006 in the UK, Broadsword is an experienced and multi award-winning event communications agency specialising in event production and digital content for a variety of projects such as conferences, exhibitions and award ceremonies.

Since then, we have expanded globally and are now based in London, Hong Kong and New York, supporting clients around the world.

To date, we've worked with a range of corporate clients such as HSBC, The British Independent Film Awards, and Thompson Reuter’s Trust Conference and have facilitated live and virtual experiences that connect, engage and inspire global audiences. 

Led by our mission to create compelling experiences that add to our world, we are committed to inspire and have an impact on audiences providing the stage, quite literally, for speeches that make a difference.

Adding to our world is supported by our focus on doing the right thing for our people: Through work experience and apprenticeship programmes we are investing in young talent in the events industry.

And our planet: As a carbon neutral agency, we believe in sustainable event production and have an internal sustainability working group trained educate our clients, measure, report on and offset the carbon footprint of events.
