In the case of the CIDP Product Launch and International Conference in Ghent, the team at @dmire has truly demonstrated their local expertise and unwavering commitment as a DMC and event organizer. Hosting 850 guests for an entire week, @dmire orchestrated a seamless and immersive experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment our guests arrived at the Amsterdam and Brussels airports, they were greeted by our warm and attentive @dmire hospitality team who ensured a smooth transition.

The true testament to our local knowledge shone through in the execution of this event. With several hotels and different transportation companies expertly coordinated, the logistics were flawless. But it was the exclusive rental of the International Conference Center (ICC) in Ghent for the academic program that truly showcased @dmire’s expertise.

We needed an unparalleled attention to detail, curating daily catering, logistics, branding, and captivating entertainment that brought the event to life. The local touch was a standout, as our guests delighted in authentic Belgian waffles, fries, beer, and chocolates during the local campus visit.

The social program was an open invitation to explore the hidden gem of Ghent. This enchanting city, known for its medieval architecture, vibrant cultural scene, and picturesque canals, offered a perfect blend of history and modernity.

The culinary experience was equally impressive, with @dmire securing reservations at several remarkable restaurants in Ghent. The opening networking dinner at Ghelamco Ghent and the closing evening at Oude Vismijn were true gastronomic and cultural celebrations, complete with fantastic food, lively atmospheres, and unforgettable live music.

Reflecting on this partnership, we can confidently say that @dmire's local expertise as a DMC and event organizer combined with a wonderful collaboration with our local partners, was a driving force behind the event's success. The deep understanding of the Ghent landscape, coupled with their meticulous planning and execution, created an experience that left a lasting impression on all who attended.

Prior to the grand opening of the BMCC (Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre ) @dmire as experienced full service PCO, had the opportunity to organize a hybrid conference in this new conference center, which turned into a memorable event full of innovative and sustainable aspects.

Together with our reliable partners, we secured the hospitality of the event industry, used new ecological paper badges, served local bites and fine-tuned light, sound and images into an audio-visual total concept.

Professional safety planning and preparedness during live event  with @dmire.

While facing tomorrow’s strategy and spotlighting ‘Scheldeland’; the green blue region of rivers between the art cities Antwerp, Ghent and Mechelen.

The challenge to create a corona proof, memorable, sustainable event at a unique venue and connecting delegates where disinfecting are standard procedures got all our attention.

We created some additional natural green blue river reflection in this stunning ‘church’ brewery with speakers and enthusiastic delegates respecting social distancing.

Local ‘Scheldeland’ products got served corona proof as creative delicious appetizers.

With our highly skilled audio-visual technicians we succeeded to delivering a well-produced impactful and professional event.

@dmire events has always been looking for opportunities and anticipated following the revolution in the event sector causes by the health crisis.

We integrated the new safety restrictions to meet live again and offered event solutions with Covid Safe Ticket scanning in Belgium which is similar to the EU Digital COVID Certificate.

StraPatZen a regional outdoor street theater festival decided to meet live again and relied on us for all logistics to secure access following the safety and security measures at the ColomaPark – We delivered a friendly meet and greet service, CST scanning , ticket scanning , event fencing, crowd control barriers and for those not being fully vaccinated a Covid-19 rapid antigen testing in cooperation with Red Cross Flanders –

Our crew was more than happy to open doors where families enjoyed the open-air life entertainment without mouth masks and social distancing.

Organizing following the new norm so that people can chill out and embrace the atmosphere and fun of the Flanders regional Sports and Family festival deGordel, that’s how #admirebelgium as event organizer contributed with the Covid Safe ticket (The Belgian version of the EU Digital Covid Certificate). Re-opening larger scale events and having safety measures in place but enjoying getting together with outdoor animation and activities.
