The Forest Experience, Wild Picking Walk & Oercooking workshop
You imagine yourself back in the time when everything revolved around the necessities of life. With ancient techniques you cook with what this season has to offer. Autumn is a time of abundance in nature. Where in the spring we mainly picked fresh green herbs, this season we also get berries, mushrooms and nuts. We invite you to slow down and feel the connection with nature!

It was a true forest experience!
With the staff association we had a pleasant outing in the woods of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. It was really back to nature with cooking on a wood fire, climbing in the trees, looking for herbs during a walk and relaxing on tree stumps. Enjoyed the delicious dishes. With the lovely sun, the forest experience was complete!
