As RTC Vlaams-Brabant, a non-profit association housed in the Provincial House of Flemish Brabant, we have been making extensive use of the meeting and event rooms in the Provincial House in Leuven for years. In doing so, we organize a wide range of activities for education and the business community, ranging from small-scale workshops and training courses to study days, networking events, and conferences with more than 200 participants.
What makes the Provincial House particularly strong for us is the combination of professional support, flexibility, and ease of use. Reservations are made via a user-friendly online tool, making the requesting and management of rooms very efficient.
Each room is carefully set up in advance according to the agreed floor plan. Audiovisual support is also always excellently prepared: projection, sound, and other technical facilities are fully operational upon arrival. Moreover, technical support is always available during events, offering organizers extra peace of mind.
In addition, we regularly collaborate with our in-house caterer, UMAMI. Here too, we experience a high level of service. The catering is well-organized, high-quality, and customer-oriented. What we particularly appreciate is their flexibility: even specific requests or dishes not standard on the menu are accommodated in consultation.

Excellent location for training, meetings, and events

For several years now, we at Verso have been organizing a large part of our training courses in the Provincial House of Flemish Brabant. We also regularly explore the possibilities of organizing larger events here. And that is no coincidence: the price-quality ratio of the meeting rooms here is simply spot on.
A major plus is the excellent online reservation system. You can easily make, manage, and follow up on reservations yourself. This makes organizing much clearer and gives you, as the organizer, a lot of control.
The pricing formula is also attractive. There is a discount on the room rental when you order catering or when you reserve all meeting rooms.
That makes the location particularly interesting for both smaller training courses and larger meetings.
The catering is provided by Umami. We are very satisfied with that as well. Just like the staff at the Provincial House, the people at Umami are always ready to brainstorm and answer questions. They always try to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, which is greatly appreciated as an organizer.
The people from the technical department think along about possibilities and/or improvements during both the preparation and on the day itself.
A minor downside to the popularity of the Provincial House is also a sign of its quality: you need to act fast to secure your desired date and room. Early booking is therefore important, especially for larger events or busy periods.
In addition, accessibility is an absolute asset. The Provincial House is easily accessible by both public transport and car, and the parking facilities are also a major plus. As a result, it is a location we almost always consider when organizing a training course, meeting, or event in Flemish Brabant.
We have been returning here for several years now and will continue to do so. The combination of good rooms, fair prices, a convenient reservation system, excellent support, catering, and accessibility makes the Provinciehuis Vlaams-Brabant a very strong location for us for training and events.

Study day - smooth communication and everything organized down to the last detail

For our organization, we were looking for a suitable location with sufficient room capacity for 70 employees and various layouts. Through De Montil, we received a fair quotation, and all our questions were answered promptly and clearly. They also communicated smoothly with our external partner who handled the teambuilding that day. On the day itself, everything was organized down to the last detail, from indicating the rooms where our group needed to be, to the catering and the reception on the beautiful terrace, equipped with a sunshade to combat the heat. It was very hot that day, but at the last minute, they managed to provide plenty of ice cream for everyone in the afternoon. The catering, by the way, was very well presented and delicious. In short, our employees thought it was a fantastic day.

We organized our customer day at De Montil in Affligem and look back on it with a particularly good feeling.
From the first contact, everything was professional, clear, and reassuring. The communication, the tour, the preparation, and the follow-up just before the event were excellent. Quality is extremely important to us, and that is precisely why it was nice to feel that everything was followed up to the last detail.
Everything was perfect on the day itself as well: ample parking, a clear reception, a beautifully prepared hall, perfectly functioning audiovisual support, sufficient technical assistance, and a team that clearly understood our needs. The catering was well-organized, plentiful, and delicious. The breakfast, breaks, international buffet, and closing drinks were all arranged down to the last detail.
The location itself is beautiful and offers plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. Our participants, external speakers, and keynote speaker were impressed. For us, this was a completely hassle-free experience.
