The location, the rooms, the screens and technical equipment, and the entire staff team all contribute to making your event a top-notch experience. Communication both beforehand and on the day itself—even if, for example, the timing deviates from the plan—is incredibly smooth and friendly. The catering was also greatly appreciated by all attendees; everything we needed was provided. Thanks in part to BluePoint, we can look back on our event with great satisfaction!

Professional service and a perfect process

We organized a two-day business event for around 300 guests at BluePoint and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial contact with Julie to the final practical details, everything went exceptionally smoothly.
The team actively contributed ideas, were attentive to detail, and responded quickly to questions or last-minute changes. The welcome was warm and professional, making both our colleagues and guests feel immediately welcome.
The rooms themselves are modern, flexible, and equipped with high-quality audiovisual equipment—ideal for presentations, workshops, or networking opportunities. The catering was also excellent and perfectly timed.
In short, a very successful collaboration at a venue where professionalism and hospitality go hand in hand. We will definitely be back for future events!

We have hosted our events here several times and each time we receive a warm welcome in a beautiful venue.
In addition, communication with the employees is very smooth and the catering is certainly also in order!

Lubron Water Technologies – great experience!

Last week we had the pleasure of spending 3 days at the beautiful De Koninck brewery.
We held our international sales meeting here with guests from the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Scotland, and Belgium. And it must be said: All our international guests were blown away by the exceptionally pleasant conditions under which our meeting was held;
Magnificent decor, a beautiful authentic meeting room, delicious food and above all... delicious drinks and a particularly cozy bar to catch up afterward.
And if that wasn't enough, you can also take a brewery tour (highly recommended!) followed by a tasting (even more recommended ;-) ). It's the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day of meetings.
Hostesses Paulien, Ciara and Kelly guided us exceptionally well from the very first moment and were always ready to help us.
They really take care of everything from A to Z (setting up the meeting place, providing lunch, providing snacks and fruit, refilling drinks and so on and so on).
You notice that they are used to doing this: they do it with verve and dedication!
Given the proximity of Yust (which is a beautiful hotel, by the way) and delicious restaurants such as De Pelgrim, Black Smoke and Repasse, we had everything within easy reach: we didn't have to move around by car during these 3 days: everything was within walking distance of max... 2 minutes; a real luxury.
We can conclude that we had a particularly successful edition, largely due to the unique location and the warm contact with the brewery staff.
We will definitely come back!
